Nobody is perfect and we at Connect Kayaks know that mistakes can happen. What we want you to know, is that if things don’t go to plan we have got your back and all our craft come we the Connect Kayaks warranty.
In the unfortunate situation that you receive your craft and it isn’t exactly what you ordered, or there is a manufacturing problem with the craft, we will be more than happy to honour our warranty and make things right.
However, the warranty may be forfeited if the craft is damaged as a result of transportation by an individual/business/company, if you try to repair damage to the craft yourself, the warranty label is removed or if you use the craft for a purpose other than what it was intended for.
In the case that you receive your craft by transport, please confirm by checking the craft carefully that it is intact and possesses no damage. The moment you sign the delivery document, you acknowledge that there is no damage to the craft and thus it is no longer possible to claim on the warranty provided.
